Production process, nine measured stages: panel saw with package cutting of 2800×2070 mm boards to a tolerance of ±0.2 mm; edge banding on three lines with 0.45–3 mm ABS or PVC edging and EVA adhesive; feed-through drilling with automatic part off-loading; CNC machining for non-standard parts; an MES system with an operator kiosk and AI cameras monitoring the line; automated counting and packing of components; warehousing with sub-locations per model; dispatch. Materials: the standard is 16 mm furniture board with 2.5 mm HDF backs. Board and decor suppliers are Egger, Kronospan, Kronopol and Woodeco. Sustainability certification, including FSC, is held by those suppliers; Marlotte itself does not hold an FSC chain-of-custody certificate.
