From design to finished parcel — under one roof
We take over the whole process: construction (CAD and part cards), cutting and edge banding on in-line machinery, feed-through drilling, fitting assembly, packing and logistics. Bring a finished design or just an idea — we'll develop it together, including assembly instructions and product visualisations.
Capacity you can plan around
Our packing line reaches up to 800 furniture parcels per shift, and a typical batch leaves the factory 2–4 weeks after documentation is approved. Thanks to feed-through machining and automated part handling, every batch matches the quality of the first one — the main reason partners stay with us for years.
A machine park built for repeatability
Production runs in in-line flows: panel saws and edge banders connected by roller conveyors, plus feed-through drilling machines with automatic part off-loading and stacking. We optimise designs for feed-through machining — the drilling cycle is around 5 seconds per part, with repeatable quality regardless of batch size. The packing line is monitored by an AI system that tracks both pace and packing quality, while components and fittings are counted and bagged automatically by counting-and-packing machines.
Engineering support from design to production
You don't need to arrive with finished documentation. We prepare CAD designs, part cards, assembly instructions and product visualisations. We optimise every construction for serial production (DFM), so quality stays repeatable and unit cost stays predictable.
Materials from certified suppliers
Our standard is 16 mm furniture board with 3 mm HDF backs. Boards and decors come from leading European producers — our suppliers hold sustainable-forestry certifications (incl. FSC).
Export without borders — EXW, FOB or DDP
We typically work EXW, but also deliver FOB and DDP — we cooperate with customs agencies and the Port of Gdańsk is 50 km from our factory. We ship across the EU, to the UK and Switzerland, and by sea worldwide — from the USA to Asia and Africa.
No rigid minimum order quantity
Every project is different, so every project is quoted individually — from single batches to continuous serial production.
