Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No rigid minimum. Every project is quoted individually — from single batches to continuous serial production.
What is the lead time for a batch?
Realistically 2–4 weeks from approval of the documentation, depending on batch size and decor availability.
What is your production capacity?
Our packing line reaches up to 800 furniture parcels per shift. The drilling cycle on feed-through machines is around 5 seconds per part, with repeatable quality regardless of batch size.
What can you manufacture for us?
Finished furniture under your brand (private label), fronts and carcasses or complete part sets, machining of your own panels (cutting, edge banding, drilling) as a service, and construction design. We also support dropshipping — parcels shipped directly to your end customer.
Which materials do you use?
Our standard is 16 mm furniture board with 2.5 mm HDF backs. Boards and decors come from Egger, Kronospan, Kronopol and Woodeco — suppliers holding sustainable-forestry certifications, including FSC.
Do we need finished technical documentation?
No. We prepare CAD designs, part cards, assembly instructions and product visualisations. We optimise every construction for serial production so that quality stays repeatable and unit cost predictable.
How does a partnership start?
Send a design or just an idea to b2b@marlotte.pl. We reply with specifics: construction, pricing and timeline. Once the documentation is approved, we start the first batch.
On which terms do you deliver?
We typically work EXW and also deliver FOB and DDP in cooperation with customs agencies. The Port of Gdańsk is about 50 km from the factory. We ship across the EU, to the UK and Switzerland, and by sea worldwide.
How is the furniture packed?
In courier-ready parcels — including direct shipping to your end customer — or palletised for delivery to your warehouse. The packing line is monitored by an AI system that tracks pace and packing quality.
Will repeat batches match the first one?
Yes. Constructions are optimised for feed-through machining and parts are off-loaded and stacked automatically — holes land in the same spot every time, so assembly runs without rework.
Where is the factory and how big is it?
Elbląg, Poland, ul. Żuławska 15: 1,700 m² of production halls and 1,000 m² of warehouse, a team of 30+ specialists and export experience since 1995.
